Casa De Jose

This site is an extension to the main Casa De Jose site for information which changes frequently. We keep it here because it's easier to maintain. To check up to date information please email andyedwina@hotmail.com or telephone us in Spain on (0034)950 43 90 83 or in England on 01728 648 760. Please make a provisional booking by phone/email before sending the booking form (available on this site) and £100 deposit cheque (which will be cashed). Any cheques should be made payable to Mr A and Mrs E Dunning and sent to: Hill House, The Hill, Westleton Suffolk IP17 3AW (unless told otherwise). Low Season November, December 2010, January, February 2011

£499 per week

Available in Nov, Dec 2010 and Jan, Feb 2011 (including Xmas and New Year).

Mid Season October 2010, March, April 2011

£549 per week

Available from Wed 20 Oct 2010 (including Autumn school half term).

Available March and April 2011 (including Easter).

High Season September 2010, May, June 2011

£599 per week

Available till 22 Sept 2010.

Available May and June 2011 (including Whit school half term).

Peak Season 2011 (July and August)

£649 per week.

Available July, Aug 2011.

Notes Regarding Bookings and supplements

Rental prices quoted are for parties of up to 6 persons and are per week. A £50 per person supplement is payable for extra people (up to a maximum of 8). Additional days are charged pro-rata. Winter prices include central heating.

Making Bookings

To make a booking, first check the price and availability above. We then suggest that you confirm availability by e-mail to andyedwina@hotmail.com
Then go to Casa De Jose Booking Form for a printer-friendly booking form. Alternatively it is possible to post a hard copy. Please send the completed form together with a deposit cheque (payable to Mrs E and Mr A Dunning) for £100 to: Hill House, The Hill, Westleton, Suffolk IP17 3AW (unless told otherwise). This deposit will be cashed and is normally not refundable if you later cancel the booking. Thanks.
The whole ammount of the rental fee should then be sent 4 weeks before your holiday (by cheque or bank transfer). Once paid this is normally not refundable unless the house is re-let (which we will actively try to do). Your £100 damage/key deposit will be returned after your holiday providing the keys are returned and no damage is done to the property .
